No. Our emergency rate applies after 6pm and on weekends, but there is no separate callout or travel surcharge on top of that. The rate you're quoted covers everything — parts, labour, and our arrival at your door.

For genuine emergencies — burst pipes, gas leaks, total drain failure — we aim to arrive within 60 minutes across our service area. During peak periods we'll be honest with you about timing so you're never waiting without information.

Yes — always. We inspect the job, provide a written fixed-price quote, and only start once you've approved it. The only time prices change is if the scope of work changes and we discuss it with you first.

Yes. We hold a current Queensland gas fitting licence in addition to our plumbing licence. We handle gas leaks, appliance installation, BBQ connections, and gas line extensions — all code-compliant and documented with a certificate of compliance.

All workmanship is warranted for 12 months. If any issue arises directly from our work within that period, we'll return and fix it at no charge. Parts and fixtures carry the manufacturer's warranty separately.
